Karaku is the owner of Bokaisen--a venue with hot sprints and a breathtaking view of the ocean. Owing to the lodging's popularity with foreign visitors, this fifty-five-year-old Hyur considers himself an ambassador for Hingashi, and is unfailingly polite in all areas of hospitality. His one weakness is said to be a penchant for good luck talismans, particularly those which feature tiny dragons.
