• Potency is 340 prior to learning   Enchanted Blade Mastery.
• Used as a last-resort mobility tool if you do not have a melee combo or instant cast spells available, and both   Swiftcast and   Acceleration are down. Because this action costs Balance Gauge Mana, using it too often will come at the risk of possibly losing a melee combo, resulting in a significant damage loss.
