Chora-Zoi is a Mystel in The Crystarium. Chora-Zoi isn't really a vendor in the same way Denys is for the first three stages of Shadowbringers' relic tools. Rather, like Nimie and Emeny for the later stages, each step is a repeatable quest and the relic tool is a reward directly from the quest. Quinnana handles the intermediate item exchanges.
