The Watchtower is a landmark in The Doman Enclave, Othard. It stands in the place of an old imperial tower built during the Garlean Empire's occupation of Doma. Designed by Ishibushi and Hachisuba, it serves to guide ships traveling at night, allowing the port to receive merchant ships at all hours, as well as provide a strong vantage point for the guards of the enclave.[1]

“Built in place of a former Garlean structure that once served near the docks, this tower provides a vantage point from which Doma's defenders can watch over the One River, and ensure that none attempt to bypass their fortifications via an underwater route, as recently did a contingent of Red Kojin.
