One of the six matrices charged with directing Omicron operations, Stigma-4 was revived from hibernation by Stigma-1's command. It was only natural that the logistics matrix would then resume creating materiel for future invasions; however, as the would-be conquered found this somewhat less than ideal, its inner workings were tampered with upon its awakening via ethically dubious means. It now serves peaceably in the operation of the Last Dregs.
