• Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12): Removed.
• Patch 5.3 (2020-08-11): Reduction to target's damage dealt has been changed from 10% to 20%.
• Patch 5.2 (2020-02-18): Recast time has been reduced from 60 to 45 seconds.
• Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
  • Effect duration has been increased from 6 to 10 seconds.
  • Area of effect has been changed from a single target to all nearby enemies.
