Qiqirn Coddler is a Qiqirn in North Shroud.
It spawns at North Shroud (X:20.6, Y:29.5) when a player who has accepted 
Of Rodents and Rigging and has collected 
Rigging Component Materials then returns to Fallgourd Float following the path on the ground. It will not spawn if a player teleports or flies to Fallgourd Float.
