When the player summons the Plush Cushion, a pink plush cushion will spawn under the player's feet and attach itself to the ground. It is a portable seat.
The Plush Cushion will not move from its spawn point, and will despawn if the player walks far enough away, but will sometimes "follow" the player through doors.
Plush Cushion will sometimes wiggle when nobody is on it. It will deflate slightly when you stand on it.
