Millith Ironheart is a Hyur found in Old Gridania. She is a member of her family's "clan" of explorers, searching for vistas that showcase the best Hydaelyn has to offer, and keeps record of her finds in her diary.
She will give players their first sightseeing log, covering vistas scattered around Eorzea.

Additional Information
Once the first 20 vistas have been completed you can talk to her to unlock the remaining 60. She however will not have a quest marker of any kind to notify you of the ability to unlock the remaining set.
