Vuyargur: A merchant caravan has been paying more frequent visits to Zirgorteh the Open-armed of late. Glad as we are to host them, I cannot help but fear for their health in these frigid climes.
Vuyargur: I'd like to craft them some warm garments to ward off the bitter winds, but I know little and less about crafting garb for smaller folk...
Vuyargur: Might I ask you to design these vestments in my stead? Something that will keep any visitor from succumbing to the cold, no matter their size... An adjustable poncho, perhaps.
Vuyargur: Garharlor over there possesses a surplus of clothing material, so do not hesitate to make use of his stock.

 Garharlor: Looking to design some cold-resistant garb for our guests, you say? Then you've come to the right place. To ensure there's enough to go around, I suggest you craft three sets.
 Garharlor: If you could fashion up ponchos durable enough to withstand bone-chilling winds, yet lightweight enough for our smaller guests, why, that would be ideal! 
 Garharlor: If you could fashion up ponchos durable enough to withstand rough mountain roads, yet comfortable and lightweight enough for our smaller guests, why, that would be ideal!
 Garharlor: If you could fashion up ponchos durable enough for proper insulation, yet lightweight enough for easy travel, why, that would be ideal! I've a wealth of materials at the ready, so if you need more, do feel free to ask.
 Garharlor: When you've finished with those garments, you'd do well to make for Worlar's Echo and seek out our Pelupelu merchant friend.
