Historical

Obtained by speaking with the Wandering Minstrel at the Red Rooster Stead in pre-Calamity Eastern La Noscea while at level 30 or above. It was distributed for a limited time only as a reward for Patch 1.x players for subscribing after fees were begun; this distribution ended with Patch 1.23a at which point the Minstrel was rumored to have been arrested. This was only the second mount ever added, after the personal chocobo.
