Additional Information

This location is initially empty of NPCs, in spite of its aetheryte being attunable. Once unlocked by the player, the Namazu Daily Quests will be located here.
Prior to Patch 4.3 when the Namazu Daily Quests were added, this location was just a nondescript plateau with no quest-relevance and no aetheryte. Tribal quest hubs altering the surroundings in which they are placed is typical, but siting an Aetheryte at one was unprecedented. Aetheryte's have been very close to tribal hubs before (Ok' Gundu Nakki is extremely close to the Ok' Zundu aetheryte, for example), but never had a new one been added. This is also why Dhoro Iloh is designed to be accessible only by flying or via an NPC who teleports the player, though routes up the mountain face have been found.
