Choco Silence

Choco Silence is a Racing Chocobo Ability that creates a vacuum of Silence preventing any nearby chocobo from using abilities for 35s / 40s / 45s.

This only restricts the use of active abilities. Passive abilities remain in effect.

If a chocobo receives the silence effect while already silenced, then the effect with the longer remaining duration takes precedence.
