Brilliant Conviction is a beneficial status effect: "Breaking limits as only a true Warrior of Light could." This is granted during solo quest battles. The effect varies based on role.
Tank: Increases damage dealt and grants a healing over time effect. The lower the player's HP, the stronger the healing potency.
DPS: Reduces damage taken and grants a healing over time effect. The lower the player's HP, the stronger the healing potency.
Healer: Increases damage dealt and reduces damage taken.
Essentially, each role receives traits of the other two roles, allowing for a balanced experience no matter which role is being played.
