This ceruleum engineer, who was formerly employed on Juturna Platform G, devised a plan to reactivate it in order to supply much-needed energy to his recovering homeland. It is little surprise then that Frontinus, the platform's chief, trusts Appius so well that he saw fit to give him full access to the facility.
Though Appius has spent all thirty years of his life within Garlemald proper, he treats those from other nations with courtesy and respect, perhaps due to his birthplace's proximity to the border, and his exposure to the myriad peoples from the provinces and beyond who passed through. Thus was he willing to cooperate with Rimelnaud and the Ilsabard contingent from the first. At present, the village of Laterum from which he hails is a shell of its former self. Nevertheless, Appius hopes he will be able to savor his favorite mushroom cream soup once more when peace returns to Garlemald.
