639th Order Priest is a Kobold in Outer La Noscea. The 639th Order Priest is only encountered during the Kobold Daily Quests Misery Loves Company. After having placed the Advanced Smart Bombs and the cutscene has played the 639th Order Priest will spawn. The player doesn't actually need to defeat the 639th Order Priest to complete the quest and can just walk away.
The 639th Order Priest attacks with Stone (spell) and occasionally will cast Titan's Anger, a decent sized AoE, on the player. Only Stone (spell) can be silenced.
