Vergilia is the Legatus of the IIIrd Imperial Legion, and supported Nerva yae Galvus during his play for the Garlean royal throne. Vergilia was first introduced--fully armored--during the Endwalker main story quests, and forces supposedly under her command would be pitted against the player during certain story instances.
Following the Endwalker main story, she appears again in a quest series that players can unlock when they meet certain requirements. [1]
