Pawlin is a thirty-eight-year-old poultry farmer invited from Limsa Lominsa to help feed the overwhelming demand for eggs—although to call him a mere "farmer" is perhaps understating his devotion. Such is the love that he bears for his flock that he coos to them with more affection than a gentleman courting his lady love, and oft goes about his days dressed in a chicken suit so as to better understand their temperament. None would say he is a man of half-measures, least of all his colleagues at the Bismarck, who worked with him to create an exceedingly special feed for his beloved birds.
