Named with a traditional word for "guardian," this village is where the stewards of the jungle's shrines and tombs reside. It was originally populated solely by its Arkasodara architects, but as with most places on the island, the inhabitants now include descendants of the mainland settlers.

Palaka's Stand is an area in Thavnair, Ilsabard. It is the location of a settlement that shares the same name, primarily inhabited by stewards of the nearby shrines and tombs . It is under the protection of Radz-at-Han's Radiant Host, and is home to a mixture of Arkasodara, Au Ra, and Hyur. An aetheryte sits at the center of the area.
