“Much like the impesctors of Phaenna, Oizys appears to be host to beings of energy that are not true life-forms. Understanding how these beings interact with aquatic life from Etheirys is a key research goal for the initiative. For this reason, we are conducting a multifaceted study into the environmental conditions of bodies of water on Oizys, and the distribution and characteristics of any beings found within. Specimens of greater vitality─and larger size─will be favorably received.
