Location Note
This location can be a little confusing to find. There is water around The Hermit's Hovel nearby and the Cast ability lights up, but "You do not sense any fish here." The Long Climb fishing hole is slightly south around the northernmost two Ringtail NPCs, casting into water below the cliffs.
