Notes
- The barrier of Eukrasian Diagnosis is given priority when taking damage. This is to increase the odds of granting Addersting.
- Other priority barrier effects, such as from The Blackest Night will stack with and take priority over Eukrasian Diagnosis's barrier. This may cause an unwanted interaction wherein Addersting is not granted if all barriers are not absorbed.

Patch 7.2 (2025-03-25): The time between action execution and effect activation has been shortened.
Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12):
- Damage-over-time potency has been reduced from 4,000 to 3,000.
- Damage-over-time duration has been reduced from 15 to 12 seconds.
- Barrier duration has been reduced from 15 to 12 seconds.
- Addersting duration has been increased from 10 to 15 seconds.
Patch 6.51 (2023-10-30): Damage over time duration has been increased from 12 to 15 seconds.
Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
- Potency has been increased from 1,200 to 4,000.
- Recast time has been increased from 2.4 to 15 seconds.
- The additional effect "Lengthens weaponskill cast time and recast time as well as spell cast time and recast time by 10%" has been removed.
- The additional effect "Grants Eukrasian Diagnosis to targets under the effect of Kardion granted by you" has been added.
- Now grants Addersting when Eukrasian Diagnosis barrier is completely absorbed.
- Now changes to Toxikon II while under the effect of Addersting.
