Notes

• This action and   Enchanted Moulinet Trois were added to equalize the White/Black Mana cost of Red Mage's AoE melee combo with its single-target combo. The AoE combo previously cost 60/60 mana (i.e., 3 usages of   Enchanted Moulinet) prior to patch 7.0, while the single-target combo only cost 50/50 mana.
