While raising her daughter Moenbryda, Bloewyda found herself troubled by the frequent absence of a neighboring couple. They were so deeply engrossed in their research of the occult that their only child was often unattended. The Roegadyn mother could not bear the sight, and so she offered to care for him in their stead. His parents thanked her profusely before departing for parts unknown. And so it was that Bloewyda and her family welcomed Urianger into their home. Even now, the fifty-four-year-old still thinks of him as a son.
