Winged Muse is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Pictomancer.

•   Pictomancy Mastery (Lv. 54) - Increases the potency of Fire in Red to 310, Aero in Green to 350, Water in Blue to 390, Pom Muse to 700, Winged Muse to 700, Mog of the Ages to 800, and Hammer Stamp to 420.
•   Pictomancy Mastery III (Lv. 84) - Increases the potency of Fire in Red to 420, Aero in Green to 460, Water in Blue to 500, Pom Muse to 800, Winged Muse to 800, Mog of the Ages to 1,000, Hammer Stamp to 540, Blizzard in Cyan to 750, Stone in Yellow to 790, Thunder in Magenta to 830, and Holy in White to 500.

• Potency is 400 prior to learning the   Pictomancy Mastery trait. It further increases after learning   Pictomancy Mastery III.
