The Gleaners' Guildship, or also known as Gleaners are an organization based in Old Sharlayan. They are specialists in retrieving goods that are especially hard to obtain for their clients.

Gleaners are recognizable by their distinct uniform and while they are based in Old Sharlayan, they can be found across the world. Their retrieval service ranges from rare books to live specimens of exotic plants and animals, with each of those requiring a specific set of skills and knowledge. Requests for Gleaners come from different governmental branches like the Forum, educational institutions like the Studium or from individuals. The distribution of tasks among the guild is similar to issuing leves or hunt marks in Eorzea.
