When a miner gathers 
Prime Fossilized Dragon's Scale with maximum collectability, it has a small chance to randomly become 
Sublime Fossilized Dragon's Scale. (This is the only way to acquire Sublime Fossilized Dragon's Scale.)
The Sublime variant will usually have greater yield from aetherial reduction than its Prime counterpart.
