Acquisition

• Upgrade   Cosmic Fishing Rod v1.4 from Researchingway in Sinus Ardorum (X:21.1, Y:21.8) or Phaenna (X:27.9, Y:13.4). Requires the following data:
  • 4700 Fisher I
  • 4700 Fisher II
  • 4750 Fisher III
  • 4000 Fisher IV
  • 1500 Fisher V

Notes

Upon release in Patch 7.31, the English description text for this tool incorrectly stated that this tool "Increases to quality are 1.75 times higher than normal when material condition is Good." This text was corrected in the game a few days later.
