Specula Imperatoris is a landmark in Wightrock, The Peaks.
Additional Information
A massive tower raised by the Garlean Empire after occupying Gyr Abania. Literally meaning "The Emperor's Tower", this tower is located in The Peaks and can be seen from most areas in the region.
