Sustained Damage

Sustained Damage is a detrimental status effect which deals damage-over-time to the afflicted players. It is received for failing mechanics in some newer duties (since patch 6.05), although Vulnerability Up and Damage Down are the more common punishments. Depending on the duty, it may also be a stacking debuff.

- Standing in the unsafe areas based on another player's Shackles of Time debuff in Asphodelos: The First Circle (Savage)
- Being hit with another player's Reek Havoc AoE in Abyssos: The Sixth Circle
- Failing to soak a Stomp Dead AoE with a partner in Abyssos: The Eighth Circle (Savage)
