Yet the challenges you have surmounted pale in comparison to one that awaits you beyond the gates. At long last, the end is nigh - be it Garuda's or your own." The Howling Eye is a level 44 - 46 trial that requires the player to defeat the primal Garuda. It requires a light party of 4 players. The Howling Eye is unlocked through main story quests.
