Although this item is for Season One, the achievement it awards is from Phase II.
The [Patch 5.4] notes[1] listed 'An issue wherein the items "Season One Writ of Commendation" and "Season One Writ of Beatification" were misnamed.' Based on current item descriptions (as of patch 7.25), it appears that the item previously named "Season One Writ of Beatification" was changed to be "Season One Writ of Canonization".
