Used by Disciples of War and Disciples of Magic to increase the Critical Hit rate and the potency of Critical Hits. This affects attacks, spells, and healing.
In most cases, Critical Hit is prioritized over other secondary stats for melding, due to it usually having the most impact on DPS compared to other secondary stats.
