Note: This item can only be gathered by Botanists who have acquired the 
Tome of Botanical Folklore - The Sea of Stars.
When a botanist gathers 
Prime Crystalbloom with maximum collectability, it has a small chance to randomly become 
Sublime Crystalbloom. (This is the only way to acquire Sublime Crystalbloom.)
The Sublime variant will usually have greater yield from aetherial reduction than its Prime counterpart.
