As {{Dialogue}} is now ready for use it's time to cover all the quests missing dialogue. This work breakdown is in three parts.
- Part I: Backfill quests missing dialogue
- Part II: For quests with existing dialogue, implement the new {{Dialogue}} template.
- Part III: For quests backfilled, review dialogue to make any manual adjustments needed.

Dialogue review guidelines
Many quests have dialogue, "related-npcs", and "cutscene-npcs" values that were set by a bot based on the raw game files. Unfortunately, the raw files contain a lot of incorrect information, such as incorrect NPC names, lines that never appear in-game, or generic NPC names that need updating such as "CHILD123". Editors who are reviewing dialogue should:
- Double-check the dialogue lines and speaker names, and update them as needed
- Remove the related-npcs and cutscene-npcs lines once the dialogue is fully updated. Those values are intended to connect the quest to the NPC pages before the dialogue has been reviewed and updated. Once that is done, those infobox params may be removed.
Please report anything incorrect in the #bug-report Discord channel . It's likely a known issue that we can only resolve via the manual changes mentioned above, but it never hurts to report a problem. The dialogue automation is fairly new, and we're still resolving bugs as they are identified.
