Ascension Arcadia is the premier enterprise for entertainment in Solution Nine[1].
About
The Ascension Arcadia's flagship facility is the Arcadion, where they host the Ascension Arcadia Championship. During this Championship, fighters enhance their physical form with so called "Feral Souls"[2] via their Regulator and fight each other in a match. This Championship is divided in following divisions:
- Light Heavyweight
- Cruiserweight
- Heavyweight
The championship is similar to a wrestling championship set up, with fighters following a script and performing in specific roles for entertainment purposes. The ultimate objective is to become the undisputed champion in all the tiers, and thereby rise up as the grand champion[3].

The championship traces its roots to a time in Alexandria long before the coming of the Turali people. It was very different in the beginning, though, with matches pitting recreated simulacra against each other. That's right─the very same that fought at your side. But with the advent of soul-derived resuscitation, battles to the death between living combatants became the norm─and all without any actual deaths. The contest evolved once more after Zoraal Ja was made king. It was he who proposed the use of feral souls to enhance one's flesh, leading to the technology for it being devised. So it was that combatants took on the power and likeness of beasts, and the audience experienced newfound heights of excitement! However, when Zoraal Ja raised the banners of war to embark on his conquest, all feral souls were reserved for the army's use. We had no choice but to suspend operations at the Arcadion.

The Warrior of Light is approached by Metem after the passing of the King of Resolve and Queen of Reason in Solution Nine. The president of the federation wants the "the people's protector" as the new rising star for the Arcadion as the new attraction to help the people forget their cares for awhile and offer them a new form of entertainment[1]. The make it fair, the souls of seven former champions will fight along in the matches, and as an incentive, Metem promises to release the souls of those that fought with the Warrior of Light[4].
