Veracity is a type of guildleve that require players to use an key item to reveal target's true form, then defeat it. These leves are Battlecraft Leves.

Veracity guildleves have two types of enemies, one which can be defeated to obtain the key item and the other which may be the disguised target.

While the intended play pattern is for players to defeat the first type of enemy, then use the key item on the second type to reveal disguised enemies, dealing significant damage to a disguised enemy will also reveal their true form. As such, higher-leveled characters can simply attack the (potentially) disguised targets, killing ones which are not the true targets and revealing the ones which are (and then killing those to progress the leve).
