Hi...couple things:
Something is a "minor" edit when it's just typos, grammar fixes or things that don't substantially affect content, like removing extraneous fields. Any actual change of content isn't minor.
Second, while there isn't a page for the Doman Enclave fishing log, or an entry in the ingame fishing log, fishing is in fact possible there. You can catch both the Kotsu Zetsu and the Doman Trout there. Some sites have a page for it. We've talked about it here; mostly, no one's bothered to make one. But whether or not there's a page for it, the fish pages should probably show the possibility of catching them there.
