Ishgardian Restoration vs. other ways

It depends on the definition of easiest. I look at collectables and see time tables and locations to move to. I see the Diadem, and you can just mindlessly gather along, clockwise as Miner, counter-clockwise as Botanist. There is no other factor than time, you go from node to node, there is no back and forth, just gather, gather, gather. And I count in the synergy with the gathered items making crafter levelling super-easy.

Not to mention that you get crazy amounts of crystals:
Now that my gatherers reached 90, I miss the constant flow of shards, crystals and clusters every single visit in the Diadem brought.
I haven't done that much crafting yet, but still sit mostly on the pool from the Diadem. (Only recently I ran out of Wind crystals, and collecting them straightforward with gathering is... annoying. There has to be a better way.) -- Twilight (talk) 23:19, 5 February 2023 (UTC)

The Ishgardian Restoration requires MSQ progress to Patch 3.3, has RNG to the gathering in the Diadem, won't earn you any Scrips for gear, and will not level you past 80. It is useful, but we do not need to suggest it is the best or only way to level. Freedom4556 (talk) 17:37, 6 February 2023 (UTC)
