Updated the cost range of Crystal Sand and Umbrite with both showing Min(best RNG) - Max(worst RNG) in the first paragraph bullet points. I did not update the cost of Crystal Sand through other methods outside of Scrips cost, I also updated the total amount in the last section talking about recommended options.
