Sasamo Ul Samo was the sister of the Sultana in the year 1388. desiring her throne, she attempted an assassination but failed. Her conspiracy was discovered before she could carry it out, and she was charged with treason.
However, the Sultana chose not to execute her, but instead was made to walk the eighty steps just outside the city gates eighty times a day for eighty days. And so she did, fulfilling her sentence. On the last step of the last day, after she fully served her sentence, she fell to the ground, dead. To this day, the stairs are known as the Eighty Sins of Sasamo.
