Logos Actions are special duty actions available in The Forbidden Land Eureka The Forbidden Land, Eureka Pyros, The Forbidden Land Eureka The Forbidden Land, Eureka Hydatos, and The Forbidden Land Eureka The Baldesion Arsenal that can greatly increase the power or alter the playstyle of jobs. There are a total of 56 logos actions. While most logos actions serve as additional actions that can be used during combat, others—called "Wisdoms"—provide long-lasting buffs that can create flexibility between roles. For example,   Wisdom of the Platebearer could allow a melee DPS to be an effective tank without sacrificing their DPS.

Logograms

Logos actions require crystals known as logograms. These can be dropped from enemies and notorious monosters in Pyros/Hydatos, obtained from Happy Bunny coffers, or directly purchased from the Market Board.

After obtaining unidentified logograms in Eureka Pyros or Hydatos, take them to Drake near the logos manipulator in either zone to have them appraised and converted into mnemes.

Logograms are kept in your inventory, but appraised logograms (mnemes) are stored only in the logos manipulator. Players can store up to 200 of each mneme.

Logos Manipulator

With the logos manipulator, mnemes can be combined to produce various logos actions.

Some logos actions can only be produced through specific combinations of mnemes, while other actions can be produced through multiple combinations.

After being synthesized, logos actions will be kept in the logos actions window. This window can initially hold up to three sets of 1-2 logos actions. If more logos actions are synthesized when the logos actions window is full, the player will need to overwrite one set of actions or discard the newly synthesized actions.

To upgrade logos actions window capacity by one, obtain an   Aethertight Flask from silver Happy Bunny coffers in Eureka Hydatos and provide it to the Expedition Alchemist at camp. The capacity can be upgraded three times for a total of six logos action sets.

Using logos actions

Logograms panel (left): Displays the mnemes the player has available. These can be filtered based on type using the colored icons at the top.

Logos Manipulator panel (right): Allows synthesis of new logos actions from mnemes. Up to two logos actions may be synthesized at once by assigning up to three mnemes each to the umbral array (left) or astral array (right).

Logos actions in the logos actions window can be assigned as duty actions. This will overwrite the existing logos actions assigned as duty actions. Logos actions assigned as duty actions will be lost upon exiting the instance, but any logos actions in the logos actions window will be kept. While some logos actions can be used indefinitely when assigned as a duty action, other logos actions only have a limited number of uses before they need to be re-synthesized from mnemes.

It is not possible to move logos actions assigned as duty actions back to the logos actions window.

Progress through the level 38 story quest in Pyros to improve the logos manipulator, which will allow two logos actions to be produced simultaneously.

By placing logograms in both the astral and umbral arrays of the logos manipulator, two logos actions can be produced at the same time. These will be kept in the logos actions window and can both be set as duty actions.

However, using four or more logograms will increase the rate of failure, which causes all logograms used to be lost. Therefore, you should weigh the risk against the potential reward before proceeding. Because of the failure rate, if synthesizing two logos actions, it is beneficial to use combinations that require the fewest number of input logograms.

  • 1-3 logograms: 100% success rate
  • 4 logograms: 70% success rate
  • 5 logograms: 50% success rate
  • 6 logograms: 30% success rate

When two duty actions are set, the controls are as follows:

  • Duty Action 1
RT + Right Thumb-click (R2 + R3)
  • Duty Action 2
LT + Right Thumb-click (L2 + R3)
  • If only one duty action is set, either of the above inputs will activate it, as per the default controls.

Magia Board interface

In Pyros, Hydatos, and the Baldesion Arsenal, two new icons appear on the Magia Board that are related to Logos Actions. The upper left (bag) icon will toggle display of the player's mneme inventory, while the upper right (star) icon will toggle display of the logos actions window, allowing the player to equip logos actions as duty actions.

Logos Action Log

Acquired logos actions will be recorded in the Logos Action Log, which can be viewed at any time by speaking to Drake. Eureka weapons can be enhanced incrementally upon registration of 10, 20, and 30 logos actions. Elemental Armor initially requires 50, then all 56 logos actions to upgrade it fully.
