Deceiver's Mantel is a landmark in The Dewspun Bank, Kozama'uka.

Notes

If you are struggling to get up without flying, there is a small open double-doored entrance at X: 28.7, Y: 36.5, Z: 1.2. Continue forward through the cave and through the slightly larger hole as going right leads to a dead-end ledge. There is a steep, but walkable scaleable cliff at X: 29.2, Y: 34.8, Z: 1.3 that will require some jumping. Head forward and left to drop down. This will help you access specifically the Level 94 Miner Levequest "Building the Banks"
