“This highly mobile fungus is a close relative of the funguar. The delineating difference between the two is that while the funguar uses its long appendages in a similar manner to arms, the mythrilcap uses them as legs, allowing it to leap in a way which evokes the quick, short hops of the chapuli—and horror in unsuspecting naturalists.
