Carbonized Matter

Carbonized Matter is a type of catalyst formerly used when Materia Melding.

There were five grades of Carbonized Matter:

Historical

Carbonized Matter was previously a standalone item added in Patch 1.19 of Legacy with the description:

Naturally occuring coal infused with dark matter.

[A materia catalyst used with equipment for levels 1-30.]"

For Botanist and Fisher and at other levels, there were different items:

Petrified Matter "Silicified flora infused with dark matter. [A materia catalyst used with equipment for levels 31-40.]"
Fossilized Matter "Indurated fauna infused with dark matter. [A materia catalyst used with equipment for levels 41-50.]"
Crystallized Matter "The crystallized remnants of a coblyn infused with dark matter. [A materia catalyst used with equipment for levels 41-50.]"
Germinated Matter "Sprouting seeds infused with dark matter. [A materia catalyst used with equipment for levels 1-30.]"
Decayed Matter "Rotting leaves infused with dark matter. [A materia catalyst used with equipment for levels 31-40.]"
Decomposed Matter "Rotting tree bark infused with dark matter. [A materia catalyst used with equipment for levels 41-50.]"
Liquefied Matter "Viscous tree sap infused with dark matter. [A materia catalyst used with equipment for levels 41-50.]"
Calcified Matter "Lime-rich clam shells infused with dark matter. [A materia catalyst used with equipment for levels 1-30.]"
Cultured Matter "Nacre-rich oyster shells infused with dark matter. [A materia catalyst used with equipment for levels 31-40.]"
Ossified Matter "The hard exoskeleton of marine coral infused with dark matter. [A materia catalyst used with equipment for levels 41-50.]"
Cretified Matter "Lime-rich scallop shells infused with dark matter. [A materia catalyst used with equipment for levels 41-50.]"
