I hate when I click through a quest and didn't read the NPC dialogue, no matter how inconsequential the NPC. This is made worse when you're on the MSQ and accidentally speak to the quest giver instead of all of the NPCs spawned specifically for that quest step. All of that information is lost until you return on another character to the same step, or use New Game Plus. Or, you could just go to the wiki to scan what you missed! Hence this attempt to catalogue some if it.
