“This lake on the western edge of Il Mheg was once the site of a royal picnic, or so the tale goes. A Voeburtite princess spent the day here with a gaggle of lords and ladies, partaking of tea and sweets and quite ruining her lip paint. She inspected her reflection, as if the tranquil waters were her personal mirror, and the lake has been known thusly ever since.
