Opener Macro

Removed since 1) it wouldn't work as is, since most of it would clip horribly; 2) c'mon, macroing GCD skills, really? 3) insert generic warning about losing skillqueueing here, 4) Lucid and Diversion are basically *not optional* if you're even remotely well geared and doing your rotation properly 5) the skill order wasn't even correct.

Don't macro your openers, kids. -PP
