How To Move Chat Box/Window

PC

Players on PC can move their mouse cursors over to the General tab of the chat box then left click and drag it wherever you want on screen.

PS3 and PS4

Players on PlayStation 3 and 4 can press L1 and R3 to activate the console's virtual mouse.

Then use the right analogue stick to move cursor and hover cursor over the General tab on the chat box.

Finally hold L2 and move the right analogue stick to move the box.
