Aetheric Disturbance

   Hello all. First post here so I hope I am doing this right. I was recently playing some sidequests missions in The Churning Mist near Moghome and stumbled across three areas that were labeled "aetheric disturbance" upon clicking on them the text read something like this "there seems to be a disturbance in the aetheric winds..." Can anyone elaborate on what this could possibly mean? Thank you so much
